Usually Reentry Central posts articles, saving videos for inclusion in our Weekly Headlines email, but today we are doing things a bit differently. We would like to share with those who might have missed it a video from the Bipartisan Summit on Mass Incarceration in America held in Washington, D.C. on March 26 of this year.
