NACOLE is currently seeking a Director of Training to oversee the development and delivery of all training and technical assistance programs. The Director will be responsible for the content development, programming, and speaker acquisition associated with conferences, webinars, symposia, and other special training events for a wide range of audiences including, but not limited to, oversight practitioners, community members, law enforcement, and elected officials. Other tasks will include improving, branding, and marketing existing and future training modules. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated and organized individual able to clearly deliver information and concepts both verbally and in writing to diverse audiences and someone able to work with fellow staff for continued growth of the association.
The Director will work directly with jurisdictions to establish their training needs, develop scopes of work and draft contracts, and finalize program and delivery logistics. They will support the Executive Director, other staff, and committees as needed.
This is a virtual, full-time position that will require some travel for events and in-person trainings. Persons holding this position must have the ability to work during traditional business hours and, on occasion, evenings and weekends.
